To which countries do you ship/sell?
Aseismanos sells worldwide.
Will I receive the same product as in the photo?
Yes, we put special care and attention for the photos to reflect properly the product you will receive; there could nevertheless be slight differences in the finish of the materials that we receive. We make everything you can see in our shop in our workshop. Since they are handcrafted there can be small differences.
Is it possible to receive periodic information via email about Aseismanos latest new products, offers and attending events?
Yes, you just need to go to our website’s homepage and find the subscription box where you can introduce the email you would like our emails to be sent too and hit the subscribe button. You will get a confirmation of subscription email in your inbox right away.
Can I cancel my Aseismanos Newsletter subscription?
You can easily cancel your subscription by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe here’ link at the bottom of each email that we send to our subscribers.
How can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, please contact email@example.com
How can I know my order status?
In the confirmation email we will provide a tracking number and the link to the website where the parcel can be tracked.
Can I remove items from my order?
Yes. You can delete any unwanted items from your shopping bag as long as the order has not been processed yet.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order during 14 days after purchase with the exception of customized items.
We highly recommend you read the item’s description carefully to make sure your purchase meets your needs. We try very hard for the photos to show as clearly as possible the size of the items, but it is sometimes hard to judge. We recommend you to get in touch and ask us as many doubts or questions you may have. We will be glad to help you.
In any case, if you decide to return it, send an email requesting cancellation. You will be refunded the amount paid including the amount of the item and the amount of shipping costs. If you have requested/paid for a shipping upgrade, then the amount refunded in terms of shipping cost will be the equivalent to a standard service.
What should I do if I get a faulty item?
We check very carefully the items we ship to make sure everything is fine, but if you exceptionally encounter a faulty item please get in touch with us as son as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I exchange the item?
You can request an exchange but in this case the customer runs with the cost of the shipping for both the item being sent back and the new item being sent.
Custom made items CANNOT be exchanged.
Which payment method can I use to make my purchase?
We accept payments with most cards (VISA, MASTERCARD…), securely through Paypal, and you can obviously pay through your Paypal account if you have one. If you donnot have a Paypal account, do not worry, you can equally purchase it but you will be asked for your card details to finalize the purchase. Paypal will receive your card details and will process the payment, we do not receive any of this info, it is done securely through Paypal.
Why might my credit card be refused?
Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:
– The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.
– You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.
– You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Our products are shipped by either standard/registered mail or express/courier (DHL) according to customer preference. We will inform by email when the order has been shipped and we will provide a tracking number. Parcels are not insured unless customer requests so.
